Cake Decorating Courses

Learn how to make and decorate tasty, unique bakes with our professionally qualified and trained baker. We will show you how bake perfect cupcakes, cakes and cookies every time, to swirl butter cream like a pro and how to decorate and embellish your bakes with beautiful decorations.

The Cupcake Oven’s bakery studio is in Chelmsford, Essex. The cost of our intensive one day classes includes refreshments throughout the day, as well as all ingredients and materials, and the use of tools and equipment used. You can be sure of lots of one to one attention.

Our students return again and again (some more than 14 times!) and are so pleased with the results of their new skills that they are happy to recommend us to friends and family. We have welcomed many international students through our doors from as close as Ireland and as far away as New Zealand. As many as 85% of our students either have their own cake business already and attend to gain new skills, or set up their own successful business after leaving.

You will take home with you your beautiful cupcakes, cake pops or cookies, a full class note pack with a selection of recipes. We also have an "After Class Shop" so you can buy all those little bits and pieces you need to get started right away at home!

We also run lots of special seasonal and other classes, so check our website for full details of all up and coming classes and dates. We can also supply a Gift Certificate if you wish to purchase a class for a gift. This can be dated or open dated.
