Ivory Tower Cakes Ltd is situated in the quadrant of Polkemmet Country Park and offer cake decoration classes, and on site cafe with bespoke designer celebration cakes. All our food and cakes are made with fresh ingredients. Our cakes not only look great, but taste amazing as well.

Annemarie Crowe is the founder of Ivory tower cakes originally based in Edinburgh and have been supplying cakes, cupcakes, wedding cakes and confectionery to Harvey Nichols (Edinburgh) for the past 12 months.

Ivory Tower Cakes Ltd has now expanded and has brought together the skills and experience of three chefs, and an ex baker, who have worked all over the world. Annemarie and Dereick are accredited demonstrators and members of the British Sugarcraft Guild. Dereick travels nationally and internationally to teach others sugarcraft.

Dereick has a passion for Royal Icing and is well known in the British Sugarcraft Guild for his high level of expertise.

Annemarie has a passion for making sugar flowers, and is meticulous in her designs for celebration cakes, and travels all over Scotland demonstrating her skills to others.
