Our fun, relaxed cupcake classes are perfect for the serious baker or if you would like a relaxing day out away from it all. Our classes suit all skill levels from the beginner to more experienced bakers who want to build on existing skills.
All of The Cupcake Bug classes will be held in Worthing, West Sussex at a local community centre.
You will go home full of creativity, don't worry if you feel you are not creative, these classes will be sure to get you thinking about different designs, techniques and many of our students email me beautiful photos of cupcakes they have made after the class using the skills learnt.
The classes are for a maximum of 4-6 people depending on the class so that i can offer my full attention to everyone.
Our classes are £90 per person this includes 12 cupcakes pre baked (6 Novelty Class) ready for decoration, my vanilla cupcake and buttercream recipe to take away, hints and tips sheet, along with all materials, cutters and any other equipment you need to use on the day. You do not need to bring anything apart from you and your Apron, I will even supply Tea, Coffee and a bottle of water for everyone.
We currently offer a Fabulous Flowers Class, Wedding Cupcakes Class and a Novelty Cupcake Class; please see The Cupcake Bug website for more detailed information on each class and to book. Every now and again we also offer 2.5 hr Buttercream Workshops where I teach piping skills and a buttercream making demonstration.
