Have you ever wondered how to get the perfect buttercream rose swirl, how to make stunning edible roses and flowers and just how to make the perfect cupcake?

Looking to learn how to make cupcakes for your family events, your wedding or to start your own business?

If so then Mrs Baker's Cakes classes are the ones for you! From the very basics right up to highly skilled techniques you will learn it all with us. Unlike many of the classes you can choose to do for a fun hour or two messing about with icing, our classes will leave you with the essential skills to reproduce cupcakes with style and class every time.

Taught in our welcoming home you will find we teach in a relaxed atmosphere and you will have every chance to ask any questions you may have. From cupcake beginners to those of you who have experience and even those in the trade you will find something new to learn from our classes.

You don't need to bring anything with you we provide everything youll need except your lunch. With years of experience in designing cakes of all shapes and sizes we can give you hints and tips on almost everything.

All of our classes are held over 4-5 hours minimum and will have a maximum of 6 students at any time. You will recieve lots of one to one teaching and we work on a hands on bases and hope youll enjoy joining in on everything.

All of our classes are for over 16's however if you would like to arrange a childrens party please contact us for more information.
